Council shifts $1.4M to Inspiring Minds for community center

WARREN — City Council on Wednesday approved redirecting more than $1.4 million in previously allocated community project funds to Inspiring Minds for a community center. Council voted to move $1,425,000 from the Western Reserve Port Authority project to Inspiring Minds. Liberty 250 looks to celebrate roots

LIBERTY — Sharon Wathen said she did not grow up in Liberty, but has lived in the area for 50 years.
