YOUNGSTOWN — In addition to 16-year-old Chaney High School student E’Lexus Connor being killed, one of the four people involved in a 3 a.m. Sunday crash at Market Street and Myrtle Avenue is in critical condition.

Youngstown Police Lt. Robert Gentile provided that update Wednesday morning, meaning one fewer person was in critical condition Wednesday compared to earlier. Gentile is head of the Youngstown Police Accident Investigation division.

En’Dia Connor, 18, sister of E’Lexus Connor, is one of the three other victims. She was taken to the hospital for her injuries.

The Youngstown Board of Education had a moment of silence Tuesday to remember and honor E’Lexus Connor.

The crash involved two vehicles, Gentile confirmed. No crash report has yet been released on the incident.
