City couple reported missing last week is OK
YOUNGSTOWN — Youngstown police Detective Jerry Fulmer issued an update Saturday on Angel Ortiz and Anita Pagan, a Youngstown couple who went missing in the middle of February.
“They were both located by Ortiz’s family, and they are fine and are no longer considered missing persons,” Fulmer stated in a Saturday evening email.
Fulmer notified the media last week that Ortiz was missing and later added that Pagan, Ortiz’s girlfriend, also was missing and that the two might be together.
Their last known whereabouts was on Youngstown’s East Side, Fulmer said last week.
