6:35 p.m. — Theft reported at Meijer, 5800 Mahoning Ave. The suspect fled in a blue Chevrolet Silverado, according to witnesses.

3:54 p.m. — Devon Vemmett was arrested at 260 S. Edgehill Ave. on a Pennsylvania Adult Parole authority warrant.

Feb. 10 — Theft of a cell phone reported at Panera, 5503 Mahoning Ave.

Feb. 9, 9:38 p.m. — Kristi McGarry and Jesse Ellsworth were each arrested on theft charges at Walmart.

2:24 p.m. — Theft of $131.90 worth of merchandise reported at Meijer.

Feb. 8, 5:02 p.m. — Gaven R. Cordell was arrested at the intersection of South Raccoon Road and Mahoning Avenue on a Mahoning County warrant for violation of a protection order.

4:27 p.m. – Richard Eastborn was arrested on a theft charge. No address was listed.

3:30 a.m. — Kanique Joy was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle impaired during a crash investigation at the intersection of Mahoning Avenue and state Route 46.

4:07 a.m. — Theft of a 1998 Honda Accord reported at 1806 Paisley St. that was later recovered by Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers.

Jan. 31, 4:11 p.m. — Sandy Williams Jr. was arrested at Meijer on a complicity charge and Jordan Dozier was arrested on a theft charge.

Jan. 30, 12:34 a.m. — Javott F. Dawson was arrested during a traffic stop on Mahoning Avenue on a Pennsylvania warrant and was cited for driving while under suspension.

Feb. 10, 4:03 p.m. — Taekwon D. Driver, 24, 4250 Hillman Way, Boardman, was arrested on a Mahoning County warrant for failure to appear for pretrial on an obstructing official business charge.

9 a.m. — James R. Coffin, 71, 84 Sciota Ave., Boardman, was served with a warrant on a charge of drug possession during a court appearance.

Feb. 9, 5:37 p.m. — Brianna N. Razo, 28, 525 Judith Lane, Struthers, was arrested on a theft charge at Walmart.

3:20 a.m. — Jemel M. Edward, 22, 415 Hoffman St., Youngstown, was arrested by Youngstown police on a Boardman theft warrant.

Feb. 8, 7:55 a.m. — Ivorie A. Donadelle, 23, 4250 Hillman Way, Youngstown, was arrested on a domestic violence charge.

4:50 p.m. — Huan Xiao, 37, 4044 St. Andrews Court, Canfield, was issued warrants at the Mahoning County jail on charges of violation of a protection order and criminal trespassing.

3 p.m. — Annette L. Alexander, 50, 1080 Eastway Drive, Youngstown, was arrested on a theft charge during a traffic stop on a bus on Tiffany Boulevard.

2:24 p.m. — Michael A. Delsignore, 55, 427 N. Main St., Columbiana, was arrested by Columbiana police on a Boardman theft warrant.

3:34 a.m. — Matthew S. Burns, 53, 257 N. Edgehill Ave., Austintown, was arrested on a Boardman theft warrant.

1:38 a.m. — Ramone A. Elkins, 31, 75 Meadowbrook Ave., Boardman, was arrested on charges of domestic violence, resisting arrest and obstructing official business.

12:42 a.m. — Troy G. Jones, 52, 22 Pinehurst Ave., Youngstown, was arrested during a traffic stop at the intersection of Market Street and Pinehurst Avenue on a charge of operating a vehicle impaired and was cited for improper display of registration and left of center.

Feb. 4, 7:40 p.m. — Antonio T. Torres, 20, 516 Carroll St., Youngstown, was arrested at 5010 Friendship Ave. on a charge of obstructing official business and multiple warrants out of Mahoning and Trumbull counties.

5:03 p.m. — A 14-year-old Boardman boy was arrested at an Argyle Avenue residence on charges of domestic violence threats, aggravated menacing and obstructing official business.

2:43 p.m. — Corinthians C. White, 28, 132 Shields Road, Boardman, was arrested by Portage County deputies on a Boardman domestic violence warrant.

2:26 p.m. — Ryan P. Troutman, 32, 103 Third Ave., Butler, Pa., was arrested at the station on a Boardman theft warrant.

1:30 a.m. — Jamaeka W. Bunn, 25, 137 E. Lucius Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a domestic violence charge and on a Campbell police warrant for failure to appear.

Feb. 10 — Jaime O’Connell, 27, 520 W. Third St., McDonald, was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with a police order following a traffic stop on South Turner Road, and was cited for speeding (90 in a 25 mph zone).

Feb. 7 — Brad Turek, 49, 8208 Longview Drive, Warren, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for driving while under suspension, following too closely and speeding (42 in a 25 mph zone).

Feb. 6 — Troy Sharp, 45, 2799 Sanitarium Road, Akron, was cited for assured clear distance following a two-vehicle crash on West Main Street.

Feb. 1 — Damaged mailboxes reported in the 50 block of Cherry Hill.

Police activity reported Jan. 22-Feb. 4:

Feb. 4, 5:15 a.m. — Juvenile runaway reported at 151 E. Wilson Ave. after a juvenile violated curfew and fled her home.

Feb. 3, 10:23 p.m. — Fight reported at 130 Elruth Court after residents were having a physical domestic dispute in an apartment.

Feb. 2, 10:14 p.m. — Fight reported at 203 Dearborn Ave. after an adult and teenager were arguing.

2:06 p.m. — Police check on the welfare of a resident at 120 Elruth Court after family members were unable to locate an elderly man in his apartment

Feb. 1, 4:09 a.m. — Suspicious vehicle reported at 801 N. State St. after a car was parked at Marco’s Pizza and cannabis dispensary business. A man was found passed out behind the wheel.

1:04 a.m. — Noise complaint reported at 145 Townsend Ave. after there was a large loud party with many cars parked on both sides of the road with vehicles unable to get through. A woman told police she rented the property for a weekend birthday party.

12:20 a.m. — Hit-skip crash reported on South State Street and Interstate 80 West after a vehicle sustained severe rear damage on the freeway ramp.

Jan. 31, 10:34 p.m. — Fight reported at 100 N. Market St. after a woman and man were arguing inside a vehicle. A 9-month old child was in the back seat.

3:13 p.m. — Police assisted a resident at 511 North Avenue after a man at the apartment building reported another man threatened to punch him. Another call was received when the man was threatened when he went to get his mail. Police addressed a group of residents in the apartment lobby who were very loud.

11:06 a.m. — Crash reported in the 900 block of Shannon Road after a driver went off the side of the road. The driver was in and out of consciousness.

Jan. 30, 12:43 a.m. — Domestic dispute reported at 130 Elruth Court after a neighbor heard a loud verbal dispute.

Jan, 27, 8:05 p.m. — Unwanted person reported on East Kline Street after a man was causing a disturbance in a resident’s driveway. The man told police he wanted to get his items at the property and was advised by police to seek civil measures.

6:47 p.m. — A resident at 49 Morris Ave. called police over a domestic issue. Police could hear a man in the background yelling and using derogatory language. The woman told police they had an argument.

Jan. 26, 11:52 p.m. — Three people were involved in a domestic dispute at 133 E. Prospect Ave.

5:06 p.m. — Unruly juveniles reported at 146 E. Liberty St. after two teenage boys trespassed on property and were throwing snowballs at a house.

6:13 a.m. — Police checked on the welfare of a resident at 1127 N. Highland Ave. Police assisted a woman found on floor.

12:47 a.m. — Disabled vehicle reported at 100 Park Drive after an occupied vehicle was stuck in the snow at Liberty Memorial Park.

Jan. 24, 12:59 a.m. — Fight reported at 33 W. Wilson Ave after there was a fight involving several people in the parking lot of the Italian Fraternal Home. A man told police he was assaulted.

Jan. 23, 4:17 p.m. — Suspicious vehicle reported at 232 E. Broadway Ave. after a vehicle was left on private property.

Jan. 22, 10:06 p.m. — Fight reported at 535 Powers Ave. after people were involved in a physical domestic. One man and two women were arguing in a driveway.

8:03 p.m. — Suicidal man reported in the 600 block of Churchill Road.

3:33 p.m. — Fight reported at East Wilson and St. Clair avenues after two juveniles were fighting in the street after being dropped off by a school bus.
