YOUNGSTOWN — The following eight people were indicted by a Mahoning County grand jury Thursday:

● Jonathan Setzer, 35, Wesley Avenue, aggravated drug possession and Operating a Vehicle Impaired.

● Jason Rushton, 19, Clingan Road, Struthers, four counts of grand theft of a motor vehicle, three counts of theft, three counts of attempted grand theft of a motor vehicle and three counts of possessing criminal tools.

● Andrew Marenkovic, 23, Colleen Drive, Boardman, abduction, strangulation and misdemeanor assault, aggravated menacing and criminal damaging or endangering.

● James Miles, 19, Mahoning County jail, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.

● Heather N. Clark, 43, Mahoning County jail, menacing by stalking and misdemeanor telecommunications harassment.

● Danielle Travis, 34, East Ravenwood Avenue, receiving stolen property.

● Michael H. Tomlin, 42, Mahoning County jail, theft.

● Valerie A. Dieter, 47, South Turner Road, Austintown, tampering with evidence, cocaine possession, fentanyl related compound possession and misdemeanor OVI.
