East Side library to close for project
YOUNGSTOWN — The Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County East Branch will be temporarily closed starting today through Jan. 3.
The library is scheduled to reopen Jan. 5.
The temporary closure is planned as part of the ongoing facility improvement project.
