This is an aerial view of the Forest Lawn stormwater park in Boardman for which the ribbon was cut Oct. 29. The $4 million stormwater park was designed to reduce or eliminate some of the flooding issues within the Cranberry Run watershed. The space also will be used as an educational resource, with a walking trail and an educational pavilion soon to be built at the front of the property where Market Street Elementary School once stood. The elementary school was demolished about three years ago.
