YOUNGSTOWN — The Youngstown Police Department is attempting to locate Sam Dubose, who was last seen by his wife at 1 p.m. Saturday.

He left his house on the North Side of Youngstown in his vehicle, a gold 2003, four-door Lexus ES300. The license plate is 248ZEM.

He has dementia and had just been released from the hospital two days earlier for other medical issues. His family is concerned for safety.
