Police activity reported Sept. 2-17:
Sept. 17, 10:53 a.m. — Domestic violence reported at 1358 Gilbert Drive after a man was seen running from the home to the nearby bike trail. The man was later found by police.
9:46 a.m. — Suspicious person reported at 2904 Carver Niles Road after a man was seen by residents walking in the middle of the road. The caller told police had a knife and seemed “out of it.”
Sept. 14, 10:46 a.m. — Criminal trespass reported at 1932 Warren Ave. after a person was seen on property stealing scrap metal. A mini van was seen parked at a nearby cemetery.
12:10 a.m. — Domestic dispute reported at 4033 Evaline St. after a woman reported being choked by her boyfriend. The man later returned to the home, where police found him.
Sept. 13, 7 p.m. — Harassment reported at 3750 state Route 46 after a woman reported being harassed by three women at band night at the high school football field. The woman said the three women yelled obscenities at her.
2 p.m. — Assault reported at 1959 Oakwood St. after people were arguing in a house over a new baby. Two women began to argue and one woman tried to punch the other.
9:40 a.m. — Theft reported at 2742 Robbins Ave. after a man bought a vehicle motor for $700 from a business and later learned it did not work.
12:28 a.m. — Theft of vehicle reported at 504 Cottage Pines after a resident told police his vehicle was taken from the driveway.
Sept. 12, 3:32 p.m. — Recovered property reported at 3800 state Route 46 after a black bookbag was found in a laundry room with an axe pick inside.
11:30 a.m. — Domestic dispute reported at 3820 state Route 46 after a woman reported a man who lived with her stole her bookbag and ran from the apartment building.
Sept. 10, 5:41 p.m. — Disturbance reported at 3972 Judyth St. after a man was chasing another man with a baseball bat.
4:47 p.m. — Disturbance reported at 2074 Judyth St. after a verbal dispute between a man and woman with the man inside a trailer destroying items. Police found guns inside the home.
8:32 a.m. — Identity theft reported at 3842 Main St. after someone tried to deposit a check in a woman’s account for $5,200 and then withdraw it.
Sept, 8, 1:08 p.m. — Intoxicated person reported at Sheetz Gas Station after a man was found passed out inside a vehicle. An ambulance was called to the scene.
12:56 p.m. — Theft reported at 2774 Robbins Ave. after a man was seen on video taking items such as scrap from Dean’s Power Equipment.
10:52 a.m. — Criminal damage was reported at 1752 Ohltown McDonald Road after a woman reported the front window of her home was hit by something, breaking the glass. Police found a yellow softball.
9:02 a.m. — Suspicious person reported at the township park after a man was found sleeping inside a sleeping bag. The man had his electronics plugged into an outlet.
Sept. 6, 3;33 p.m. — Unknown problem involving a juvenile reported at 241 14th St.
1:23 p.m. — Theft reported at 2239 Fourth St. after a woman reported two push lawn mowers and washer and dryer were missing from a relative’s home.
9:55 a.m. — Identity theft reported at 4050 Evaline St. after a man told police someone was using his name and special security number to open bank cards. He contacted Capital One about the matter.
Sept. 4, 2:04 p.m. — Hit skip reported at 1334 Seaborn St. after a woman reported her vehicle was hit by another vehicle in a high school parking lot while people were inside for a volleyball game.
Sept. 3, 10:21 a.m. — Woman reported finding a relative deceased in a home at 1312 DeForest Road. An ambulance was called to the home.
Sept. 2, 8:06 p.m. — A woman was reported screaming and threatening to kill herself and others who came around her at 4065 Evaline St. Police were called previously to the home for a resident with erratic behavior.
9 a.m. — Missing person reported at 489 Garland Ave. after a woman reported her son left home in her vehicle three days ago and she has not heard from him.
