Inmates at area prisons indicted on felonious assault charges

YOUNGSTOWN — Several people whose address is a Youngstown prison or another prison were indicted Thursday by a Mahoning County grand jury.

Among them are two men who are indicted on felonious assault with specifications of criminal gang activity and being a repeat violent offender.

One of them is now an inmate at the Lorain Correctional Institution in Grafton and the other at the Northeast Ohio Correctional Center. Another man at NEOCC is charged with harassment with a bodily substance.

Those indicted Thursday are:

•Stephen McCluskey, 59, Elmwood Drive, Hubbard, cocaine possession.

•Nicholas Morales, 31, Mahoning County jail, domestic violence.

•Terrance Simms, 24, North Evanston Avenue, cocaine possession with a specification of forfeiture of money in a drug case.

•Sterling Henry, 27, Brookfield Avenue, Boardman, being a felon in possession of a firearm, and LSD possession, cocaine possession and fentanyl related compound possession, all with a specification of forfeiture of money in a drug case.

•Lester J. Hofmeister, 50, Mahoning County jail, breaking and entering.

•Miranda Hinchliffe, 21, Hartley Road, Beloit, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer.

•Jeremy Betts, 40, Huntmere Avenue, Austintown, cocaine possession.

•Dana S. O’Connor, 45, Mahoning Avenue, Austintown, cocaine possession.

•Brandon M. Jefferson, 30, Mansell Avenue, Liberty, strangulation and domestic violence.

•Derek Smith, 35, Glenwood Avenue Boardman, being a felon in possession of a firearm, cocaine possession and obstructing official business.

•Gary Pierce, 41, Wesley Avenue, domestic violence and disrupting public services.

•Montand Mosley, 21, Mahoning County jail, being a felon in possession of a firearm.

•Jaron Martin, 32, Mahoning County jail, aggravated drug possession, drug possession and cocaine possession.

•Natasha Cooper, 34, Manhattan Avenue, tampering with evidence, trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present and misdemeanor resisting arrest.

•Jovon R. Williams, 33, Grandview Avenue, strangulation and misdemeanor domestic violence and aggravated menacing.

•Dakota J. Mahon, 32, West Washington Street, Lisbon, fentanyl related compound possession.

•Antonio Guzman, 39, trespass into a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present.

•Kyronn Copeland, 34, Mahoning County jail, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer.

•Joshua M. McCranie, 33, Clearmount Drive, aggravated drug possession and fentanyl related compound possession.

•Ricardo Williams, 53, Scheetz Street, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer.

•Sylvia R. Rogers, 59 Cassius Avenue, receiving stolen property.

•Tequan Gilford, 30, Aurora Circle, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer and misdemeanor obstructing official business.

•Quentin Robles, 19, West Boulevard, Boardman, being a felon in possession of a firearm.

•Lamont Hines, 46, Northeast Ohio Correctional Center, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility and marijuana possession.

•Misty R. Bruce, 44, Cleveland, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility and marijuana possession.

•Gregory Sanders, 33, Lorain Correctional Institution, Grafton, felonious assault with specifications of criminal gang activity and repeat violent offender.

•Zachary T. Singleton, 26, Northeast Ohio Correctional Center, harassment with a bodily substance.

•Megan King, 46, Mateer Road, Leavittsburg, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility and marijuana trafficking.

•Javontae Williams, 22, Northeast Ohio Correctional Center, two counts of felonious assault, each with a specification of criminal gang activity and repeat violent offender specification.

•Marco D. Hammond Jr., 38, Miller Road, cocaine possession.

•Nicholas A. Elmo, 34, Tippecanoe Road, Canfield, aggravated drug possession.

•Steven E. Cunningham, 35, Erie Street, East Liverpool, tampering with evidence, aggravated drug possession, fentanyl related compound possession and cocaine possession.
