YOUNGSTOWN — The following people were indicted Thursday by a Mahoning County grand jury:

•   Tyson D. Culberson, 43, Mahoning County jail, aggravated drug possession, obstructing official business, resisting arrest and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

•   William G. Brown Jr., 31, Milton Street SE, Warren, failure to comply with the order of a police officer, tampering with evidence and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them — OVI.

•   Justiz K. Stewart, 18, South Portland Avenue, grand theft of a motor vehicle.

•   Shawn A. Yount, 23, South Evanston Avenue, failure to comply with the order of a police officer.

•   Damian D. Foster, 28, Ferndale Avenue, being a felon in possession of a firearm, fentanyl-related compound possession and two counts of aggravated drug possession, both forfeiture specifications, two counts of misdemeanor drug possession and one count of illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

•   Tyrone L. Withers, 50, Thornton Avenue, cocaine possession, fentanyl-related compound possession, aggravated drug possession and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

•   Stephanie A. McCourt, 35, Mahoning County jail, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility, cocaine possession, fentanyl-related compound possession, aggravated drug possession, misdemeanor drug possession and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

•  Eddie Pierce III, 32, Mahoning County jail, cocaine possession.

•   Daraeius D. Joy, 24, Westchester Drive, Austintown, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and aggravated drug possession.

•   Tremayne L. Collins Jr., 26, West Evergreen Avenue, aggravated drug possession.
