Dec. 1, 4 p.m. — James A. Ceja, 18, 3356 Freemont Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle after a traffic stop on South Meridian Road.

3:01 a.m. — Jeremy C. Hall, 34, 16050 Greenbower St., Alliance, was arrested on an Austintown warrant for theft.

Nov. 30, 9:33 p.m. — Theft of a wallet reported at Hollywood Gaming, 777 Hollywood Drive. Donna M. White, 37, 813 Milner St., Alliance, was arrested on three Sebring warrants.

8:35 p.m. — Man involved in a domestic disturbance was accused of following a woman’s vehicle in the Countryside Drive area. Carlo J. Walters, 18, 6751 Meander Drive, Austintown, was arrested on charges of unlawful restraint and failure to comply with a lawful order.

4:05 p.m. — George E. Hadley, 54, 1044 Lois Court, Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle following a traffic stop on South Meridian Road.

Nov. 29, 8:05 p.m. — Zachary F. Yergin, 18, 351 Ohio St., Elyria, was arrested on a charge of theft after a shoplifting call at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

2:21 p.m. — Keilyn J. Black, 30, 820 Cornell Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespassing at the Compass West apartments.

Nov. 24, 7:55 p.m. — Matthew S. Burns, 49, 257 N. Edgehill Ave., Austintown, was arrested on charges of drug abuse, theft and criminal trespassing, and on several undisclosed warrants at Giant Eagle, 5220 Mahoning Ave.

10:10 a.m. — Tiffany J. Chill, 53, 2566 Sierra Drive, Youngstown, was arrested on a theft charge.

Nov. 28, 2:22 p.m. — Kevin E. Yuhas, 52, 1790 E. Western Reserve Road, Boardman, was arrested on charges of criminal trespassing.

12:52 p.m. — Rodney E. Mock, 57, 351 Sanderson Ave., Campbell, arrested on three Boardman warrants for theft.

9:15 a.m. — Fight reported at 4585 Waseka Lane. John M. Biviano, 29, was arrested on a Mahoning County warrant for failure to appear on several drug charges.

9:08 a.m. — Elderly woman with dementia attempting to drive a vehicle and an argument between family members reported at 1790 E. Western Reserve Road. Kevin E. Yuhas, 52, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence.

5:08 a.m. — Man yelling in the middle of the street reported at 140 Wolcott Drive. William P. Gutwald, 40, 5925 Stillson Place, Boardman, was arrested on a Mahoning County warrant for failure to appear for child support.

4:30 a.m. — Man passed out at the wheel of a running vehicle at a gas pump reported at Shell, 5135 Market St. Miguel Martinez, 44, 5121 West Blvd., Boardman, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired.

Nov. 27, 9:15 p.m. — Chauncy R. Collins, 43, 105 Crystal Cove, Hampton, Va., was arrested on a charge of domestic violence following a call to the Hampton Inn, 7395 Tiffany South Blvd.

4:14 p.m. — Michael Phillips, 64, 705 Cassius Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft after a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

Nov. 26, 7:50 p.m. — Ethan A. Hunt, 18, 870 E. Avondale Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft after a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

4:59 p.m. — Raymond S. Betts, 38, 1270 S. Turner Road, Austintown, was arrested on charges of theft and possession of drug abuse instruments after a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

Nov. 25, 11:44 p.m. — Escaped CCA inmate causing trouble and standoff with police for two hours and 15 minutes reported at 5049 Aravesta Ave. Gregory Direnzo, 35, Community Corrections Association, Inc., 1740 Market St., Youngstown, was arrested on charges of obstructing official business, resisting arrest, inducing panic, burglary and on a CCA warrant for a parole violation.

3:36 a.m. — Trudy A. Mitchell, 24, 7059 West Blvd., Boardman, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for failure to control after a one-vehicle crash on West Boulevard.

Nov. 23, 3:37 p.m. — Fight reported in the area of Stadium and Sugartree drives. Jasmine R. Maybee, 20, 566 Cleveland St., Masury, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence.
