YOUNGSTOWN — Twenty people were indicted Thursday by a Mahoning County grand jury.

The following people were charged with felonies:

• Trevor A. Morgan, 32, Mahoning County jail, improperly discharging a firearm into a habitation, two counts felonious assault, violating a protection order and discharge of firearm on or near prohibited premises, all with a firearm specification;

• Robert D. Duval, 41, 24 E. Lucius Ave., Youngstown, assault, obstructing official business and two counts OVI;

• Matthew C. Davis, 30, 1806 Sixth Ave., Beaver Falls, Pa., importuning, attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, three counts, and two counts possessing criminal tools;

• Andrei Makarov, 40, 423 Whitney Ave., Pittsburgh, Pa., compelling prostitution, attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, possessing criminal tools two counts and soliciting;

• Ali Jamal Abu-Ghannam, age and address unknown, two counts failure to stop after an accident;

• Allen M. Bell, 27, 963 Winona Drive, Youngstown, grand theft, and two counts possessing criminal tools;

• Miguel Felipe, 19, 388 S. Lincoln Ave., Salem, compelling prostitution, attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and possessing criminal tools;

• Rafael Martinez Cortes, 33, 12 Southwoods Ave., Apt. 1, Boardman, importuning, attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, two counts possessing criminal tools;

• Roy A. Brock III, 48, Mahoning County jail, importuning, attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and possessing criminal tools;

• Brendan E. Beasor, 22, importuning, attempted unlawful sexual conduct with minor and possessing criminal tools;

• Michael D. Wilder, 42, 652 W. Heights Ave., Youngstown, possession of cocaine;

• Clifford S. Anderson III, 37, 578 Cameron Ave., Youngstown, bribery;

• Dakota S. Hoffaker, 31, 15854 1/2 Salem Alliance Road, Beloit, importuning, attempted unlawful sexual conduct with minor and possessing criminal tools;

• David A. Collica, 31, 4250 state Route 303, Mantua, importuning, attempted sexual conduct with a minor and possessing criminal tools;

• Keshon K. Phillips, 19, 433 Falls Ave., Youngstown, possession of fentanyl-related compound, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of cocaine;

• Derrick G. McIntosh, 52, homeless, breaking and entering, possessing criminal tools, attempted breaking and entering and possessing criminal tools;

• Daniel D. White, 33, Mahoning County jail, grand theft motor vehicle;

• Stan J. Williams, 57, Mahoning County jail, failure to register;

• Elizabeth Ann Soich, 40, Mahoning County jail, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer;

• Timothy A. Esposito, 47, 20 Walnut St., Struthers, having weapons while under disability, aggravated menacing.

The following were charged with felonies that will be remanded to a lower court.

• Wayne L. Martin, 39, Mahoning County jail, aggravated menacing, two counts.
