Police activity reported July 2-14:

July 14, 12:40 p.m. — Justin B. Moffett, 39, 1200 Market St., Canton, was arrested on a Mahoning County Court 4 warrant for theft.

12:10 a.m. — Following a call to Shadow Oak Drive regarding a foot pursuit of a subject involved in an Ohio Highway Patrol traffic stop, Denzel N. Case, 25, 923 Colby Ave., Youngstown, was charged with obstructing official business and violation of a protection order.

July 13, 7:30 p.m. — A male was assaulted by a female at Club Zodiac, 169 S. Four Mile Run Road.

5:48 p.m. — Criminal damage to windows reported at AELC, 4211 Evelyn Road.

July 12, 9:36 p.m. Following an investigation into a male slumped over a steering wheel on North Roanoke Avenue with the engine running, Joshua D. Cline, 33, 332 Callahan Road, Canfield, was advised charges for improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle would be pending upon his release from the hospital.

12:36 p.m. — Theft of medication reported at Quality Inn, 870 state Route 46.

9:30 a.m. — Theft of a 9mm gun reported at 135 Fitch Blvd.

1:02 a.m. –Following a traffic stop on Mahoning Avenue, Andrew St.Clare McFarlane III, 36, 426 West Judson Ave., Youngstown, was taken into custody on a Trumbull County warrant for domestic violence.

July 11, 1:33 p.m. — Reid Amey, 35, 4433 Barrington Drive, Austintown, was arrested on Austintown warrants for drug abuse and possession of drug abuse instruments.

12:12 p.m. — Pamela J. Shadeck, 50, 107 Hickory Lane, Austintown, was charged with theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

July 9, 6:32 p.m. — Criminal damaging of a pool liner reported at 4224 Stark Drive.

11:10 a.m. — John J. Montero Jr., 21, 21 Bouquet Ave., Austintown, was arrested on an Austintown warrant for driving while under suspension following the investigation of a suspicious vehicle parked at 4536 Woodhurst Drive.

July 8, 4:04 p.m. — Criminal damaging of a door reported at 2996 Meadow Lane.

5:52 a.m. — Criminal damaging of a vehicle reported at 456 South Raccoon Road.

1:07 a.m. — Daniel D. Nelson-Harnevious, 24, 2161 Penny Lane, Austintown, was arrested on two Mahoning County warrants for temporary protection order violations.

July 7, 7:09 p.m. — A cat was shot with a buckshot at 3808 Edinburgh Drive.

10:53 a.m. — Headphones were reported stolen from Fitch High School, 4560 Falcon Drive.

10:30 a.m. — A couple was scammed out of $4,000 at a Yorktown Lane residence.

July 6, 5:36 p.m. — Identity theft reported at a Spring Meadow Circle residence.

9 a.m. — Theft of a catalytic converter reported at Bezac Equipment, 3721 Mahoning Ave.

July 5, 12:01 p.m. — Threats about shooting a resident reported at 1069 Compass West.

12:39 a.m. — David I. Danahy, 38, 169 Winchester Ave., Youngstown, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for a marked lanes violation following a traffic stop on New Road.

July 4, 10:14 p.m. — Large fight reported at the intersection of Oberlin and Vassar streets.

5:24 p.m. — Theft of a Smith and Wesson 22-caliber firearm reported at 4162 Westmont Drive.

3:15 a.m. — A white-and-blue Yamaha Warrior reported stolen from a garage at 4246 Central Ave. and later recovered in Girard.

12:33 a.m. — Meredith A. Suhar, 63, 3345 Black Oak Lane, Austintown, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired, and was cited for failure to control and left of center following a call to 3855 Bentwillow Lane regarding a vehicle stopped in a front yard and still running.

July 3, 6:23 p.m. — Domestic violence reported at a Sandalwood Lane residence involving only minor injuries with neither party willing to pursue charges.

July 2, 4 a.m. — A 15-year-old Austintown male was charged with theft following a call to 4242 Selkirk Drive regarding a theft from a vehicle.

July 1, 1:05 a.m. — Gianna M. Napoli, 24, 297 N. Turner Road, Austintown, was charged with domestic violence following a call to 4740 Mahoning Ave. regarding an assault.

12:42 a.m. — Kevin T. McCauley, 45, 814 Greenlawn Ave., Warren, was charged with drug abuse (methamphetamine) following an investigation into a suspicious vehicle parked at Comfort Inn, 5425 Clarkins Drive.

June 30, 2:44 p.m. — Jeremy J. D. Daviduk, 35, 281 S. Inglewood Ave., Austintown, was charged with criminal trespassing following a call to Get Go, 5163 Mahoning Ave. regarding a male subject previously warned off the property.

12:21 p.m. — A basketball hoop and base were reported stolen from Crossroads Church, 554 S. Meridian Road.

1:05 a.m. — Allan D. Lee Jr., 46, 3431 Hudson Ave., Youngstown, was charged with driving while under suspension and Robert G. Grier, 49, 2919 Southern Blvd., Youngstown, was charged with possession of drugs (cocaine) and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Oakwood Avenue.

June 29, 11:12 p.m. — A cellular phone and a wallet were reported stolen from 111 Ohltown Road.

12:59 a.m. — Chad E. Kimble, 38, 862 Canfield Road, Youngstown, was charged with criminal trespassing following an investigation into a suspicious person at 6000 Mahoning Ave.

June 28, 10:36 p.m. — Christopher L. Poe, 38, 13440 Mahoning Ave., North Jackson, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired and driving while under suspension, and was cited for failure to control following an investigation into a vehicle that had driven into a ditch on Elmwood Avenue.

6:36 p.m. — April M. Jewett, 41, 2285 West Shore Drive, Kent, was charged with theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

June 27, 12:28 p.m. — A vehicle was keyed while parked at 365 Victoria Road.

4:02 a.m. — Jose L. Angel Jr., 25, 351 East Bradley Ave., El Cajon, Calif., was charged with disorderly conduct following a call to 5400 Seventy-Six Drive regarding a male subject damaging multiple trucks.

2:54 a.m. — Windows were smashed out and phones were reported stolen from AT&T, 6000 Mahoning Ave.

1:03 a.m. — Edward J. Crump, 27, 4692 Weaver Road, Berlin Center, was charged with resisting arrest, criminal trespassing, and disorderly conduct, and Heather R. Ferreira, 27, 452 S. Raccoon Road, North Jackson, was charged with obstructing official business following a call to the Ice House Inn-Beach Shack, 5516 W. Webb Road, regarding several people causing a disturbance.

June 26, 9:09 p.m. — A window was broken at 6000 Mahoning Ave. and tools were stolen.

7:47 p.m. — A loose dog attacked a person at 4134 Westmont Drive.

6:15 p.m. — Two air conditioning units were stolen from Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

4:46 p.m. — Dawon A. Lewis, 19, 4851 Westchester Drive, Austintown, and Christopher R. Lindsay Jr., 20, 4331 Maureen Drive, Austintown, were each charged with theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

2:11 p.m. — A Husqvarna saw was reported stolen from 4305 Burkey Road.

12:41 p.m. — Ashley N. Johnson, 26, 41 Beaver Creek Drive, Warren, was charged with theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart.

9:22 a.m. — Stephanie L. Swiger, 20, 333 Westminster Ave., was arrested on Austintown warrants for failure to comply, obstructing official business and resisting arrest.

June 25, 8:46 a.m. — Jessica L. Price, 38, 164 S. Roanoke Ave., Austintown, was arrested on a Columbiana County warrant for theft following a call to Dunlap Avenue regarding a female subject looking into car windows.
