Poland man convicted of sex with boys to be sentenced Feb. 5

YOUNGSTOWN — The sentencing for Alex Bugno, 31, of Poland, who was convicted last week on 14 counts of compelling prostitution involving boys ages 16 and 17, is set for 10 a.m. Feb. 5.

Bugno could get more than 10 years in prison after a jury found him guilty of sexual conduct with three boys at two Bugno Towing locations in the city in 2014, and making a video showing he and a young male engaged in a sex act. That conviction is called pandering obscenities.
