Youngstown man charged in sex sting
YOUNGSTOWN — Coty Salman, 31, of Youngstown, faces charges of engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools in connection to a sex sting done by a local human trafficking task force, according to a release today from Ohio Attorney Dave Yost’s Office.
Salman is accused of responding to a fictitious online advertisement and agreeing to pay $140 for sex, the release states. He went to the meeting location and was met by agents with the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force, the release states.
He is scheduled to be arraigned Friday in Columbiana Municipal Court, court records show.
