YOUNGSTOWN – ­A man has been arrested in the early morning shooting Tuesday of a woman on Leo Avenue on the city’s West Side.

Arlis Casey Jr., 30, was picked up by Youngstown police Thursday. He is being held without bond. The initial reporting said the victim was in serious condition but police indicated they expect a full recovery.
