YOUNGSTOWN — Investigators say the Midlothian Boulevard fire that send a mom and three children to the hospital with minor injuries early Sunday was an arson.

The 3:30 a.m. fire in a duplex near Erie Street was caused by two Molotov-Cocktail type incendiary devices.
