Youngstown shuts down ‘nuisance’ bar
YOUNGSTOWN — The city received a temporary restraining order today to shut down The Social, a downtown bar that Law Director Jeff Limbian said is a ‘nuisance.’
The city has received numerous complaints about the business at Erie Terminal Place on West Commerce Street, he said. It opened earlier this year.
The city received the TRO from Judge Anthony D’Apolito of Mahoning County Common Pleas Court and plans to get a court order to permanently shut it down, Limbian said.
