Mon. 9:37 a.m.: Hubbard police seek leads in armed robbery at Circle K
HUBBARD — Police are seeking information on a person involved in an armed robbery 3:06 a.m. Sunday at the Circle K convenience store, 211 W. Liberty St.
The robber is described as being in his early 20s, standing between 5-foot-8 and 6 feet tall and weighing approximately 130 pounds. He was dressed in black–hat, hoodie, pants, shoes and backpack — and threatened a clerk with a firearm while stealing money from the cash register, police said. He traveled south on Hager Street after leaving the store.
The robber also took the cashier’s cellphone and the store phone, which have since been recovered.
