With 61 of 67 Mahoning County precincts counted, including most of Youngstown, incumbent Jamael Tito Brown is the apparent winner of the Democratic nomination for city mayor.

Jamael Tito Brown, 57.4 percent

Julius Oliver, 14 percent

Ryan Kelly, 28.6 percent
