BROOKFIELD — The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle crash that injured two people early this morning at state Route 82 and Warner Road.

According to a Trumbull County 911 report, two people were taken to St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital and Trumbull Regional Medical Center about 2:30 a.m. with minor injuries. One woman complained to first responders that her chest was hurting.

Both vehicles sustained heavy damage, with one found in the grass off the roadway near a trailer park.

Names of the accidents have not yet been released.
