Fri. 10:01 a.m.: Lowellville commencement moved to Saturday
LOWELLVILLE — Graduation plans for today have been postponed until Saturday in Lowellville.
The Graduation Committee at the high school has modified the proceedings due to today’s rainy weather, “rigid safety guidelines” established at a state level and parking.
Students will arrive by appointment to receive their diplomas, wearing their caps and gowns.
Each graduate is allowed to have four family members, and will be notified when they can enter the cafetorium.
The event will be videotaped and broadcasted at 2 p.m. May 31 on the district’s website.
