ALZHEIMER’S WALK: The Alzheimer’s Association Greater East Ohio Chapter is hosting the annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s Saturday at the Watson and Tressel Training Site on the campus of Youngstown State University. Registration begins at 8:30 am with the Promise Garden Ceremony at 9:45 a.m. and the walk immediately afterward. Participation is free. MASQUERADE BALL: Inspiring Minds Youngstown will host its annual Masquerade Ball fundraiser 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the Community Literacy Workforce and Cultural Center in Campbell. The masquerade ball will celebrate the past 10 years of Impact for Inspiring Minds Youngstown as well as the future of the organization and scholars.
