INSPIRING MINDS MARKETS: This summer, over 300 students in the Mahoning Valley participated in Inspiring Minds’ six-week summer enrichment program. Both the Warren and Youngstown chapters of Inspiring Minds will culminate their programs with annual youth-led summer markets on July 21 in Warren and July 25 in Youngstown. STAR SPANGLED CELEBRATION: USA Dance Youngstown Warren Chapter 2015 will have a “Star Spangled Celebration” dance 5:30 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Avon Oaks Ballroom in Girard. Dancers who have served will be honored, which includes all veterans, current military and reserves. Cost is $15.
