OCCHA FOOD FEST: Organizacion Civic y Cultural Hispana Americana Inc. (OCCHA) will present its 14th annual International Latino Food Festival noon to 4 p.m. Sunday at OCCHA, 3660 Shirley Road, Youngstown.
