RAILROAD HERITAGE ASSOCIATION: The Mahoning Valley Railroad Heritage Association Museum, 1340 Poland Ave., is sponsoring P&LE Day at its museum 9 a.m. to noon Saturday. Two cabooses will be displayed at the museum as well as other items from the Pittsburgh & Lake Erie Railroad, which was nicknamed “The Little Giant” because of the tonnage of freight moved despite its small size.
