CEMETERY TOUR: The Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County joins the Oak Hill Volunteer Research Team for a walking tour honoring police and fire services personnel noon to 1:30 p.m. Saturday. National Night Out is marked on the first Tuesday in August.
