COMMUNITY OUTREACH: The Society of St. Vincent de Paul Mahoning District Council plans a community outreach event 5 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday at St. Edward Church, 240 Tod Lane, Youngstown. Volunteers from the St. Columba Cathedral Parish and the Society of St. Vincent de Paul will offer guests a free to-go meal, free groceries and free bags of clothing on a first-come, first-served basis.
