Youngstown amp hosts Juneteenth
A Juneteenth Skate Day & Cabaret is planned from 3 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Youngstown Foundation Amphitheatre, 201 S. Phelps St., Youngstown.
The event aims to bring the community together through various educational activities, cultural performances and skating for all ages. The theme pays homage to Reed’s Arena and African Culture Weekend, which were cultural staples in Youngstown’s Black community.
Admission is free.
