Town hall series bringing singer, ventriloquist to Packard Music Hall

Trumbull Town Hall brings entertainer Michael Minor to Packard Music Hall.

Minor is a ventriloquist who sings and does celebrity impressions.

His performances include country favorites from Tennessee Ernie Ford, Johnny Cash and Rascal Flatts.

Some of his ventriloquist characters include Screech, a VW van-driving stoner; Grandpa, a 102-year-old man from Iowa who’s been married for 80 years; Guido, a mouse who does impressions; and Clarence the Moose.

Minor has performed at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas and served as emcee and lead vocalist at the Dixie Stampede in Branson, Missouri.

The program starts at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Packard, 1703 Mahoning Ave. NW, Warren. Tickets are $35 and are available in advance at trumbull townhall.org or by calling 330-240-1706. They also can be purchased at the door the morning of the program.

The 2023-24 season concludes on April 24 with a program by Andrew Och, known as “The First Ladies Man” for his knowledge about the wives of U.S. presidents.
