Butler displays student art
The Butler Institute of American Art, 524 Wick Ave., Youngstown, will celebrate National Youth Art Month with an exhibition featuring the work of students in grades K to 6 from Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties.
The exhibition will showcase, cultivate and recognize young artists in our area and the teachers who inspire them. The work will be on display Saturday through Tuesday, and an awards ceremony is planned at 1:30 p.m. Sunday. Admission is free.
