Auditions are scheduled noon to 2 p.m. Saturday and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday for Youngstown Playhouse’s production of “Love / Sick.”

John Cariani’s comedy is a collection of nine short plays about the joys and pains of being in love. Each has its own arc and tells the story of a couple at a crossroads in the relationship. Director Rosalyn Blystone is seeking nine males and nine females 18 and older. All ethnicities are encouraged to participate, and the director welcomes nonbinary and neurodivergent individuals to audition. The goal is to cast a diverse range of couples to better showcase a wider range of what love looks like.

Auditions will be held in the Moyer Room of the Playhouse, 600 Playhouse Lane, where the production is scheduled to open Feb. 9 for a two-weekend run. For more information, go to youngstownplayhouse.org/audition.
