Collective Soul will ‘Shine’ at Packard on July 5

WARREN — Collective Soul brings its rock radio hits to Packard Music Hall on July 5.

The band was a mainstream rock radio staple in the 1990s and early 2000s with chart-topping hits like “Shine,” “December,” “The World I Know,” “Where the River Flows,” “Precious Declaration,” “Listen” and “Heavy.”

Lead singer Ed Roland, rhythm guitar player Dean Roland and bass player Will Turpin have been with the band since its start and are joined in the current lineup by lead guitarist Jesse Triplett and drummer Johnny Rabb.

The band’s most recent album, “Vibrating,” was released in 2022.

Tickets range from $42.50 to $72.50 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at the Packard box office and through Ticketmaster. An online-only presale runs 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday with the password: PACKARD.
