YOUNGSTOWN — OH WOW! The Roger & Gloria Jones Children’s Center for Science & Technology will celebrate its 11th anniversary with special activities on Saturday.

The 11th Birthday Bash will start with a Pajama Party in Function Junction from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Children are encouraged to wear their favorite jammies and enjoy cartoons and a fort-building program. Lunch will be available, followed by a family dance glow party from noon to 2 p.m.

The WOW! Pals in the InspireWorks Makerspace will have special Make it and Take it STEM SAKs (Science Activity Kits) throughout the day. A different activity will be highlighted every hour, including Slime Time, Lava Lamps, Confetti Poppers and LED Cards.

Hands-on EDUtainment, STEM activities and free cake and snacks will be available. Tickets also will be sold for OH WOW’s spring raffle, featuring three prized valued up to $1,500.

Tickets are $8 with educators, military / veterans and senior citizens admitted for $7. Children younger than 2 years old are admitted free. Tickets are available online at OHWOWKids.org/tickets.
