Dayton novelists Meredith Doench and Erin Flanagan will be the featured authors at Lit Youngstown’s next First Wednesday Reader Series event. Chalk on the Walk colors Warren A downtown Warren tradition continues Saturday with Chalk on the Walk at Courthouse Square. Free chalk will be available to children, and the walkways on the square will be canvas for their chalk art creations. Community bands play music education fundraiser

A couple of local community bands will be part of a fundraiser for the Ohio Foundation of Music Education on Sunday at the Winery at Wolf Creek, 2637 S. Cleveland Massillon Road, Norton.
