Daileys celebrate 50th anniversary Tom and Vickie (Musiolowski) Dailey celebrated their 50th anniversary Sept. 14, 2024. Lifelong residents of Columbiana County, Tom is retired from Penn Power (Shippingport) and enjoys fishing, hunting and watching his grandkids’ sports. Vickie is a retired secretary formerly of Beaver Local Middle School and Dailey Chiropractic, Inc. and enjoys playing cards and chasing after the grandkids.
