BOARDMAN — The Boardman Schools Fund For Educational Excellence will host its 11th annual reverse raffle on March 6 at Mr. Anthony’s Banquet Center. Twenty-seven grant recipients representing a dozen wish list projects will be honored as part of a night of fun and fundraising.
