HOLIDAY PARADE: The City of Youngstown, Youngstown CityScape, Title Sponsor WesBanco, #1 Cochran Chevrolet Buick GMC and the Downtown Youngstown Partnership will host this year’s Youngstown Holiday Parade, Christmas Tree Lighting and Flea on Phelps.
