Wedding: Bob and Priscilla Barko Jr.

Priscilla Solomon and Bob Barko Jr. were united in marriage during a wedding ceremony held Oct. 12, 2024, at the Basilica of Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Youngstown. Monsignor Michael J. Cariglio Jr. presided. Guests were received during a dinner reception at the Youngstown Air Reserve Station Community Activity Center. The bride-elect is the daughter of the late Paul and Diana Solomon, formerly of Salem. James A. and Evelyn M. Osborne Sr. of Boardman Township, observed their 70th anniversary at a celebration on July 19, 2025, hosted by their children. James Osborne Sr. and the former Evelyn Whiteside were married July 9, 1955, at Glenwood Primitive Methodist Church in Youngstown. Evelyn retired from the Registration Office at Youngstown State University. James retired in 2000 from General Motors in Lordstown.
