East Palestine schools sue railroad
EAST PALESTINE — East Palestine City Schools filed a multimillion dollar lawsuit against Norfolk Southern on Wednesday for what Superintendent James Rook called “broken promises” and what the board of education claims the railroad failed to do after the 2023 train derailment and chemical release.
