Horizon League releases 2023-24 basketball schedules

YOUNGSTOWN — The Horizon League released its 2023-24 league slate Tuesday afternoon. The YSU men will begin league play at home Nov. 29 against rival Cleveland State before heading to Robert Morris on Dec. 2. After a near month-long break in play, the Penguins resume their Horizon League journey on New Year’s Eve against Oakland. On Jan. 4, Youngstown State visits Northern Kentucky, who defeated the Penguins in the semifinals of the league tournament last season.
