¯ SEBRING 72, ACADEMY OF URBAN SCHOLARS 54: SEBRING — Five players scored in double figures for Sebring, which dominated the first quarter and cruised to a non-conference victoroy over the Academy of Urban Scholars.

Connor Shepherd led the Trojans (1-0) with 17 points, followed by Andrew Lamp (14), Frankie Lozoya (14), Matt Byrd (13) and Elijah Frederick. Sebring took a 23-2 lead in the first quarter and led 34-21 at halftime.

George Peoples of Academy of Urban Scholars led all scorers with 21.

¯ WEST BRANCH 55, ALLIANCE 22: ALLIANCE — West Branch overcame a slow start to dominate the Aviators in an Eastern Buckeye Conference clash.

Nine diferent players scored for the Warriors (2-1, 1-0), who led just 7-3 after one quarter. West Branch outscored Alliance, 48-19, the rest of the way. Sydney Mercer paced the Warriors with 13 points, while Jillian Pidgeon added 11.
