Day 2 of the 2026 NFL draft got underway on Friday night in Pittsburgh.

The Cleveland Browns held the overall pick (the seventh pick in the second round), and added to their receivers.

The Browns took Denzel Boston out of Washington. Boston, who is 6-foot-4 and 212 pounds, played in 43 games for the Huskies. He caught 132 passes for 1,781 yards and 20 touchdowns.

This past season, he finished with 62 receptions for a career-high 881 yards and 11 scores.

His selection came one day after the Browns drafted offensive tackle Spencer Fano out of Utah with the ninth overall pick and Texas A&M receiver KC Concepcion with the 24th pick.

The Browns traded back into the second round with the San Francisco 49ers. Cleveland moved up to take the 58th pick and the 152nd pick in exchange for the 70th overall slot and the 107th.

Sitting at 58, the Browns took Toledo safety Emmanuel McNeil-Warren. The 6-foot-3, 201 pound safety made 214 tackles, intercepted five passes, registered 13 PBUs and forced nine fumbles in four years with the Rockets. In 2025, he made a career-high 77 stops to go along with two interceptions, including a touchdown, five pass breakups and forced three fumbles.

STEELERS ALSO SELECT A RECEIVER

The Pittsburgh Steelers also moved up in the second round to land a pass-catching target.

Pittsburgh gave up picks 53, 135 and 237 to the Indianapolis Colts for the 47th pick.

The Steelers selected Alabama receiver Germie Bernard. The Crimson Tide product is 6-foot-1 and 206 pounds.

Bernard started his career at Michigan State before transferring to Washington. He made one more move to Alabama in 2024.

H pulled in 155 balls for 2,203 yards and 13 touchdowns in his four seasons.

Last fall, he caught a career-best 64 passes for 862 yards and seven TDs.

The second round of the draft was complete at print deadline, but the third round had just started.
