BOYS BASKETBALL

Maplewood 69, Lordstown 20 — Steve Manes led Maplewood with 18 points. David Kern added 13 of the Rockets. Jonah Force led Lordstown with seven points.

Bristol 62, Badger 59 — Parker Gill led a balanced scoring attack for Bristol with 11 points, including three 3-pointers. The Panthers trio of Michael Sponsler, Kaleb Otey, and Logan Briggs added 10 points each. Badger was led by Alton Winchek who sank five 3’s and scored a game high 29 points. Also in double figures for the Braves was Jack Harnett with 15 points and three 3’s.

Lisbon 67, Leetonia 50 — AJ Ramgeet led Lisbon with 21 points. Aidan Ramgeet added 16 points and four 3-pointers. Lisbon also got double digit scoring from Blaine Barnes (15) and Logan Sturgeon (12). Dylan Brown (16 points) and Ethan Mathia (13) led Leetonia in scoring.

Grand Valley 59, Cardinal 26 — The Grand Valley offense was led by Carter Turk, who scored a game high 19 points. Cooper Plizga and Solomon Schultz added 12 and 11 points respectively. Cardinal was led by Blake Strever and Ian Sindelar with six points each.

West Branch 65, Salem 29 — Gavin Gregory scored 13 points and pulled down five rebounds for West Branch. Gregory also had a steal and an assist. Jeremiah Thomas added 11 points, three assists, and three steals for the Warriors. Grady Hirst added to the offense with 10 points and five rebounds. Deontay Steele scored 11 to lead Salem.

Heartland Christian 72, East 63 — Collin Kalaher scored 30 points to lead Heartland Christian. Isaiah Matthews added 11. For East, Kor’Dae Phifer led the Bears with 17 points and A. Madeon added 15 points.

South Range 55, Niles 41 — Nick Toy led South Range with 21 points. Tommy Titus added 15 for the Raiders in a dominant win. Cash Carey-Hardin scored 20 to lead Niles.

Chalker 56, Windham 54 — Zach Pack led Chalker with 17 points. Tanner Kelson added 15 for Chalker and Tegun noble had 12. Windham was led by Dejuana Ramsey with 17 points. Matt Kolaczek (12 points) and Keegan Fisher (11) were also in double figures.

Valley Christian 53, Columbiana 41 — Deion Miller scored 21 to lead Valley Christian. Jordan Tutwiler added 13 for the Eagles. Cooper Brown knocked down a pair of 3’s and scored 15 overall to lead Columbiana.

Western Reserve 60, Waterloo 49 — Josh Klasic had 10 points in each half, scoring 20 overall for Western Reserve. Connor Cochran added 17 for the Blue Devils, including four 3-pointers. Trevor Flarida led Waterloo with 19 points.

Newton Falls 79, Liberty 56 — Newton Falls trio of Phil Davis, Dallas Dunlap, and Drayson Moore scored 14 points each. Dunlap and Moore had three and two 3-pointers respectively. Joseph Croom had 14 points for Liberty.

Brookfield 67, Crestview 35 — Blake Hammond had 19 points with three 3-pointers for Brookfield. Brody Smith added 13 and Cody Davidson had 12 points for the Warriors. Dylan Stoffer led Crestview with 12 points.
