McCloskey wins 2026 Warren Senior Masters bowling tournament

Mark McCloskey won the 2026 Joe Scarnecchia Warren Senior Masters bowling tournament on Saturday at Champion Lanes.
After 12 games of competition over the past two weekends, the division leaders were: Shawn Ruddy with a 2850 in the age 50-59 Division; 2024 champion Dean Billings with a 2701 in the age 60-69 division and Bob Cregar with a 2362 in the age 70-and-above division.
The five wildcard spots were occupied by Bob Haynie with 2674, defending champion Bobby Shultz with 2662, Mark McCloskey with a 2606, Bud Hatfield with a 2599 and 2012 champion Frank Florjancic with a 2582.
These eight qualifiers advanced to the final round which consisted of a three-game set to determine the top-4 finalists for a stepladder finals.
The top-4 featured in the stepladder finals were Bud Hatfield at 690, Mark McCloskey at 685, Frank Florkancic at 683 and Shawn Ruddy at 671.
In the first match, fourth-seed Shawn Ruddy defeated third-seed Frank Florjancic 217-195. Ruddy was then defeated by second-seed Mark McCloskey 269-189. McCloskey then defeated top-seed Bud Hatfield 268-203 to claim his first Warren Senior Masters title.
