BOYS BASKETBALL

Lordstown 63, Bloomfield 16 — Seth Chambers led all scorers with 15 points for Lordstown. Ganon Force added 10 for the Devils. Jackson Foster scored 11 to lead Bloomfield.

Champion 67, Crestview 62 — Champions duo of Braylen Braham (23 points) and Marky Nolan (20) each eclipsed the 20 point mark of Champion, in a game that was tied at 43 entering the fourth quarter. Braham scored 10 of his 23 points in the fourth quarter and Zach Morris also came up big in the fourth, scoring seven of his 11 points for the Flashes. Elijah Cope (16) and Tyler Savage (15) led Crestview in scoring.

Leetonia 71, Urban Scholars 37 — Jason Long had a monster double-double for Leetonia, totaling 37 points and 12 rebounds. King also knocked down six 3-pointers. Dylan Johns added 18 points. The Urban Scholars were led by Louis Henderson with 10 points.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

Sebring 43, Windham 33 — Ava Coen led Sebring with 14 points. Raegan Wynn and Daviana Bowyer had 10 points each for the Trojans.

Warren JFK 73, Lake Center Christian 40 — Gianna Pompelia scored 23 points, including three 3-pointers for JFK. Didi Ryan added 21 points. Caroline Shelly led LCC with 19 points and six 3-pointers.

Western Reserve 64, Lowellville 44 — Quincy Miller scored 19 points to lead Western Reserve. Kylee Ramsey added 14 points. Lowellville was led by Gianna Palumbo with 21 points and Sydney Procick with 12.

Mineral Ridge 51, Springfield 29 — The Mineral Ridge duo of Sullivan Sandy and Gianna Gilbert scored 11 points each. Kylee Molnar added 10 points for the Rams. Regan Rogenski scored 23 for Springfield to lead all scorers.

Ursuline 50, Austintown Fitch 45 — Kenyah Gill scored 13 points and Kennedy Carpenter added 12 to lead Ursuline in a come from behind win. The Irish used a 19-6 third quarter run to erase a 26-16 halftime deficit. Amiya Harris led Fitch with 15 points and Kaliana Ray added 10 for the Falcons.

Howland 51, Boardman 38 — A 23-8 fourth quarter helped Howland blow a tightly contested game open. The game was tied at 22 heading to the half. The Tigers were led by Mia Thomas (17 points), Maya Kubancsek (14), and Grace Corley (10). Boardman was led in scoring by Jocelynn Torres (13) and Maddy Slevin (12).

LaBrae 54, Liberty 20 — Angel Scruggs led LaBrae with 16 points. Scruggs also knocked down three 3’s. Riley Rowe added 10 for the Vikings.

Carrollton 43, Salem 24 — Kylie Ujcich led Carrollton with 13 points. Emma Shafer and Ryleigh Hanenkrat added eight points each. Maddy Andres led Salem with eight points.

McDonald 50, Waterloo 43 — Juliana Krumpak led McDonald with 15 points and four assists. Two other Blue Devils had big all around performances including Cierra Shiley with 14 points, 14 rebounds, and seven blocks and Maddie Homa with 11 points, five rebounds, and five steals. Waterloo was led by Johanna King with 12 points and the duo of Jade Martins and Alexis Henry with 11 points each.
