DEAR EDITOR:

I have always been a never Trumper but not just because of dislike. I have voted Republican or Democrat depending on the leadership I see in the candidate and the times our country is going through. Donald Trump has never shown any effort to promote anyone but himself and his adolescent views of the world. He rules by edict, which is evident by his ongoing list of executive orders. He can’t even convince his stacked Congress and Supreme Court to get a law passed.

This has extended to his lack of international policy. He has ignored and insulted world leaders because he believes he is smarter than anyone and can make a new world order his way. It is frightening that he and Pete Hegseth are now using our Defense department like a video game to push wars only of Trump’s choosing.

It is also a poor reflection on America that not one Republican leader will even attempt to push back. This is truly a No Kings moment in history and a sad situation for our country’s 250th anniversary.
