DEAR EDITOR:

If these blatant, in-your-face actions demonstrate in any measure Judge Mark Hanni’s character and reprehensible display of judgment he certainly is beneath the honor of a seat as judge. If you have not yet seen the absolute abominable campaign signs and billboards you certainly have heard about them.

Democrat turned wannabe Republican Judge Mark Hanni’s sickening display of graphics used sacrilegiously is highly offensive to all, regardless of religious affiliation or its absence. The depth of expressed disdain and indifference to those of faith, let alone to the authority of heaven is astounding!

We have all seen the strategic campaign identity tagging of President Trump, high-profile politicians and celebrities. This is typically done to leach on to them in an attempt to project some sort of endorsement connection.

Now, everyone certainly knows that Jesus never took a selfie! The images of him, although they have been somewhat consistent throughout history, are not without debate. Yet, regardless of the image used not only are the characterizations of him, but his teachings, his authority and the biblical documentation of his life are all brought to bear.

Jesus is not a “Trump Card” to be nefariously used to somehow gain political advantage over your opponent!

The political musical chairs that Hanni has engaged to avoid early retirement raises many questions. Underlying these questions is the fact that in the unfortunate case he wins, a seat will be left open for appointment. This all looks well too familiar to be by happenstance!

The tactics of the Candyman aka Dark lord of Salem press their way to the forefront of suspicion. The appointment would be by DeWine, likely preceded by a phone call. Is another wannabe judge lingering in the shadows?

Enough is enough! The political arena and in particular, this district’s Mahoning and Columbiana counties have become extremely toxic! The political gaming, seat chess game moves, candidate thuggery and more have long reached a systemic pandemic of wickedness profusely in conflict with our republic!

May God save us from ourselves!
