DEAR EDITOR:

Donald Trump ran as the “affordability president.” His mission on day one, he said, is to bring prices down, significantly reduce inflation and make everything much more affordable for all Americans. Grocery prices would be his first target.

Within six months of his presidency he openly admitted that making things more affordable was a lot more difficult than he thought. He said he needed just a little more time to accomplish his mission.

Now, 10 months into his presidency, he’s telling everyone that prices on everything are way down (and dropping), inflation is under control (and dropping) business is booming everywhere, jobs are plentiful and furthermore, the word “affordability” is nothing but another Democrat scam, another hoax. But, as everyone’s daily-lived experience plainly tells them, his claims are utter nonsense.

If by now you are unable to comprehend that Trump is nothing but a lying, gaslighting, delusional conman, you may officially be in desperate need of mental health treatment, and unfortunately, the treatment you’ll need will soon cost 100%-300% more starting in January, all thanks to Trump’s (and his GOP lackies) failure to make healthcare more affordable for millions of people by simply extending the ACA credits mandated by Congress in 2008.
