DEAR EDITOR:

On Tuesday, (March 26) the Opinion page of the Tribune Chronicle had a cartoon reading “ANYONE BUT TRUMP 2024” in one circle and “ANYONE BUT BIDEN 2024” in the second circle. The third circle stated “NONE of the ABOVE.” I would say that 80% of America would agree.

Now comes the question, who can we find to run as a third party candidate? There certainly has been no one jumping for joy that Kennedy has stated he would run.

As long as Biden keeps Harris, he will lose the election. How could America survive if she replaced Biden? Maybe the same way we operate now. She would be just a puppet to those that are actually leading our country today. Let’s step up in America and find a real person that is not a puppet or deranged, himself.

I, myself, have been impressed with articles by Judge Andrew J. Napolitano. He has called your Congress out for not doing their job. As our elected officials, they are to be presenting bills and budgets that benefit us, the taxpayers. I see no need for every Congressperson needing so many people in their offices costing us millions upon millions of our money to pay their salaries.

What happened to looking out for our neighbor? Why is it that we cannot work together for the best of America? I hope to see some big changes by the voters over the next six years. Yes, a lot of things in DC need to be changed. I won’t waste time giving my opinions.

But let me state one thing I know for sure — God is still in control. When we depend upon Him and not free handouts from our government, we might see some rewarding changes.

And we should not be saying, “God Bless America,” but “Americans Bless God.”
