DEAR EDITOR:

As I read the story about the race for Mahoning County Prosecutor, I have some comments. Our current prosecutor took over after her predecessor Paul Gains retired. The position is to put criminals in jail. She and her staff got the killers of little Rowan Sweeney. The final sentence will soon be handed down. Congratulations, Madame Prosecutor.

The Vindy also lists several donors to Lynn Maro. The largest ones are from Columbiana County, attempting to influence us in Mahoning County.

I realize everyone has the right to a defense, but I will vote for a Mahoning County Prosecutor trying to put bad guys like Kimone Bryant behind bars. any day. every day.
